We build one limited solution first, so you see the value before committing to anything large.

The pilot is connected to the systems you already use, with access control and logging of what actually happens.

We host, monitor and adjust as the models and your needs change. Fixed monthly price, like our websites.

Questions and answers
Common questions about AI in business
Is AI relevant for a small business?
Yes, but not everywhere. The gain is usually in tasks you do many times a week, like answering the same questions, writing the same texts or moving information between systems. If something happens once a year, it is rarely worth automating.
What does it cost to implement AI?
We give a fixed price after the discovery phase, so you know the sum before we start. A limited pilot costs considerably less than a full project, and that is usually where we begin.
Do we have to replace the systems we have?
No. We connect to the systems you use through their APIs, whether that is accounting, booking, your webshop or email. Changing platform is a separate decision, not a prerequisite for getting started with AI.
Where does our data end up?
We settle that before we build. We go through which data is actually sent to the model, keep sensitive information out where possible, and agree data processing in writing for each project.
What if the AI answers incorrectly?
We limit what it answers, let it show the source of its answer, and log what is said. For anything with consequences we keep a human in the loop.
How long does it take?
A pilot is often up within a few weeks, depending on how much data and how many integrations are needed. Discovery itself rarely takes more than a couple of meetings.
Which models do you use?
We are not tied to one supplier. We use models from OpenAI and Anthropic among others, and choose based on the task, the price and where the data is allowed to live.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we recommend it. A small solution that actually gets used is worth more than a big plan that never ships.
